    Rear seat back stuck in unlatched position

    Wondering if anyone has had their rear seat back stuck open after pulling the release strap, and what you can do to fix. As of now, seat back won’t latch in the upright position.

    Does anybody know how to remove the rear seat rests ?

    My idea is to remove the rear seat backrest/s for a vacation trip. I don't want to remove the entire rear seat installation, just the backrests so that I can fold the remaining lower parts of the seats forward and put a wooden cover over the battery compartment. I could then store a few boxes...
