35s fit at stock suspension height, so it should fit with your wheels... With the caveat being that your wheels are 9" wide, and you haven't stated the offset, which may induce some rubbing at full lock (not worried about compression as you won't be taking it off road)

That isn't necessarily Ineos specific. There is a road by me that use to be 45 or 50 that was changed within that last 2 or 3 years to 35. My traffic sign detection on my Defender would jump between 35, 45 and 50. It would change when the cameras saw the 35mph but would change back again...

For reference, my car has the rack on it, 2.5” lift, and 35” tires. The highest point is measuring at 87.625”.

I did the same lift and added the Fox SS 2.0 & still have the factory K02’s. Dealer did it all and charged me big for the alignment. Drives great. Now granted, I’m coming from a 2013 JK Rubicon w/Toyo 35’s & King shocks with about 250 lbs worth of gear on my roof so there’s that.

I have a 35" tire on BS mount, Loctite on all bolts with lock washers and yes, the spare or rear door rattles. Drives me insane!

Perhaps the OP doesn't see a need for a spare wheel which might never be used other than for occasional "rotation" at the annual service to spread the wear.... :unsure: 🤷‍♂️

...To be frank, I have seen better designed rear bars from other Australian makers, but not for the Grenadier. I had a UNEEK4X4 rear bar on the Patrol. I suspect one reason why the Grenadier lights are obscured is because you can mount two 35 inch tyres if you want, on that rear bar.

I'm a bit surprised that I didn't find that speed warning super annoying. Except on one segment of a local highway where it keeps on insisting that the speed limit is 35 when it really is 65.

Sounds to me like a broken system that is probably more of a liability/safety issue with that level of unnecessary distraction.

I'm running 285/70/17 BFG KM3's - almost a 33" tyre (32.71 I think). No lift and no problems articulation/rear door mount.

35s are the standard trail tire in the US. 37s are more common. Ours is less then a week old and rolling on 35s.

I wouldn’t use the IG to tow a horse trailer unless it was those mini horses (but my feet drag on the ground during the match:)

It's not much but I had the front aux lights tinted with a 50% smoke tint. They match the headlights now. Also had 35% ceramic tint installed on the front windows, they perfectly match the rear tints.

When you air down in the Grenadier from 43 to 28 psi you definitely see the sidewall flex. Would I see it between 40 and 35? Probably. On the subject of front/rear tire pressure differential - I always suspected that on the D1/RRC it was means to introduce understeer, and I think Ineos is doing...

As others said, no real downside between those widths, assuming the tire officially "fits" on the wheel (sure you could get into the technicalities that you'd get more wheel protection on a 7.5" vs an 8" wheel, but in reality it is minimal)

I am going about it the other way. Going to install the 30mm springs this weekend and figure out what tire will fit. I know that a 34" will fit with the lift, I am curious if anyone has stuffed a 35" on yet.
