This is not a post where I want people
Commiserating or offering help. Positive notes only because things are bad here. I’m in the Pacific Palisades and so much of it is gone right now in fire. However I made several trips into the smoke and fire using our new Grenadier. Thank all the powers I bought this car. My family is safe because of this car. Our important paperwork and my kids stuffed animals, plus our real dog, all made it out thanks to this truck. I am so happy to have as my kids call it an “Apocolypsemobile.” I felt safer all last night driving. We all made a good choice!

All the best for you all!

Stay safe, brother!
We have several folks living near Palisades, Santa Monica, San Fernando Valley, and Pasadena. Good luck and stay safe you all!

Just a note to say the house made it. I had to put out a few small fires but LAFD did the heavy lifting. No power, water or gas but I really can’t complain. Everyone got to know the grenadier as I’m one of the only resident making runs. Really wish I had that solar panel installed on the top now, that will be the next upgrade.

Can’t believe what’s happening there — losing a home to a fire is unimaginable. What a relief your house made it! And it’s great that your Grenadier was a beast in the midst of all of this.
