Work mate parked next to my Quartermaster. He reckons I am overcompensating for something. He may be right, but I have a Grenadier!

This would be overcompensating for something 😀. If they sold the Jimny in the US, I would buy one in a heartbeat.

You just need to tell him that you couldn't have a vehicle as small as his as it wouldn't accommodate you.

My cousins truck (with optional security), next to what was my run a bout in UK

I stopped at a servo last weekend and a guy in a Jimny pulled up next to me and asked if it was an old Defender I had done up or a new Grenadier.
This lead to the inevitable tour, 15 minutes later he showed me inside his Jimny.
He had taken out the passenger seat so he could sleep in side, he had a fridge and a stove.
He had awnings on both sides and a tube to heat water so he could shower.
Doing several laps of Australia and was self sufficient and very cheap to drive.

Respect!!

Saw this Jimny in our visitor carpark a couple of weekends ago.
It looked like a Temu parts catalogue. 😂😂😂

The more you look, the more you cringe.

Ha Ha! I wish Temu would make Wind Rain deflectors for the Grenadier, so I don't have to pay the exorbitant price of the only ones available .

Are you talking about the shield that goes on the edge of the window?
At a recent Qld club meet one of the guys had one he got from somewhere - apparently to suit the G Wagon. It fitted perfectly and I couldn’t tell it wasn’t made specifically for an IG.

Yes, these shields are what I am searching for. Might look out for a G Wagon front set. Thanks
