Warning Ineos Authorized towing packaged label

I am looking at a used Ineos Grenadier and below where the 7-Pin connector should be is the following warning. Does anyone know what this means? Like is it wired but I do not have the towing software? Is it wired, but not hooked up?

It was an early vehicle that was sold before the software for the towing module was finished for the US market; thus the hitch was removed when it was first delivered.

A few months later, the software was updated and the hitch installed; the dealer just never took the stickers off (also see the "seal stickers" under the bolts.

It has the hitch and it has the 7 pin, it should be ready to go
