Out in my car today after a few days of not being in it , and the state of charge is showing 0% but the voltage is up at 14.7v , is this okay or is it a concern?

I would ignore that as a one time error. It should self-correct after some operation. If it happens repeatedly then mention it to your agent/dealer.

If problem persists, try a head unit reset:
1) Insert key in ignition and turn to accessory. Don't start engine.
2) Press Mute button on center console for approximately 20 seconds (until "Grenadier" screen turns off and returns).
3) Remove key, exit vehicle and lock.
4) Wait for about 15 minutes for all systems to turn off.
5) Recheck battery charge level.

It cleared for me after 10 mins of turning it off , but this is good advice for others
