Twice now I have ordered an air filter that is "supposed" to fit the Grenadier and twice its been close but no cigar. Similar shape but a little longer or shorter on different aspects of the filter. I don't want to spend the money the dealer is asking so what are you all buying that works. I also went to my local auto parts store and they didn't have a filter for the B58. What are you using?

bonus points for a online link for buying the filter online!
I can see that rockauto.com has parts for the grenadier, but i don't know if they work or not (OP did you use rockauto?)

I used Amazon two times and go the wrong filter both times. Went to Auto Zone and they just gave me a blank stare. Also had the same results with the cabin filter on Amazon even though it had reviews from other Grenadier owners saying it fit. Obviously fake reviews. I'll try rock auto.

I was going to say - buy the right filter! I ordered a Mahle awhile ago - not taking chances with AM suppliers. Poor men pay twice.

Rockauto has always been very reliable for me.
These are the filters I just received from Rock Auto. I bought a cabin filter and air filter. Neither are correct. The air filter is the right number on the filter and the box it came in but obviously not the right filter. The cabin filter I have now bought and returned 3 times are always way too big. I was hoping to find the correct Mahle filter but the dealer is the only one I can find that carries them and was hoping to find a cheaper source for Mahle but haven’t found it.

Has anyone else received the wrong size from Rock Auto?

Apparently I am special or at least my truck is. WA10422 is not the correct filter for my truck as it is on everyone else's. I took my filter in today and had it cross referenced and it is a WA11035, very different than what everyone was telling me to get and definitely not what is recommended when you try to buy from any parts store, Amazon, Rock Auto, Auto Zone and Oreily Auto all say the WA10422 is the filter for the Ineos but that filter doesn't even come close to fitting my truck. Did I get a diesel airbox in mine?

The BMW Engine Air Filter I referenced 13718635102 and the WA11035 are the same filter. I think your struggle is walking into an American auto parts store, or ordeeing online and asking for something they have no idea exists.

If someone is similarly struggling it would be far easier to walk into a European parts store and ask them for a BMW B58 air filter between 2020 and 2024 and 99% of the time you're going to get the right one.
