Photo contest entrant right there.
Great photo! I can't help but notice the snow covering the headlights. I currently own a Gladiator with LED lights and the snow sticking to the headlights has been a major issue for me at night because they don't get warm. I have to constantly stop to wipe them off. Have you had this issue with your Grenadier? Does it eventually sluff off?

I haven't had a scenario where it is night/dark combined with icing yet, but I'm afraid that will be an issue.

I believe this is the first thread on the topic:

And this thread came about a year later:

There are probably more threads, but that should be enough. Happy reading!

Here is, what will be my personal solution, I will install a set of front upgraded fog/driving lamps that definitely have the ability to “warm” up. There are after market solutions that look darn cool and you can just flip them on when you find yourself in snow or ice. That is really the only real solution here.

Fair point. A pair of Hella 4000's would look great.

Well, I now have a windshield with no cracks and a tow hitch.

Thx Red Noland.
Same - feels good to finally get hitched!

Hi. I am about to order. What is wrong with the factory seat covers. Are there good after market covers available. Regards Garry
They’re terrible! And yes, there are better options in both quality and price.

I have Melville and Moon covers and am very happy with them. Others have complained of poor communication but I had no issue with my inquiry and order.

Just installed the Melville and Moon from bucket seat covers that I bought from Overland Kitted in Prescott, Arizona. They arrived quickly, free shipping. The install could have hardly been more straightforward. It took me lass than half an hour and that includes giving the leather seats a nice cleaning. I turned the covers inside out to inspect the stitching, which was perfectly tailored. The material is a thick but supple cotton canvas that fits snugly on the Recaro seats. The little duffle bag that in which the covers were packed is great for storing my windshield and door glass snow covers. I have attached a few photographs.

Hey coming back to this as winter is coming up - did you address this, yet? Any recommendations?

Yes. I put in a set of off road lights and I love them!

I didn't realize any place in the states had them! Thank you for the info, and perfect timing. :)
