I got the bison gear molle panels with the bison gear Jerry can. Every so often I would be hear a little rattle from the can holder, especially when I wasn't carrying fuel.
I decided to add 1mm gasoline tolerant neoprene shock rubber between the can mount and the molle panel.
I got a roll of 1mm neoprene rubber, pay attention to what you get - you want the stuff that is solid and that doesnt dissolve when exposed to oils. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0859G3Q81/?tag=globalgrena0b-20
And glue, this stuff is made for metal to rubber. Comes with superfine tips https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMCPJQKM/?tag=globalgrena0b-20
I used a razor blade to cut it with that I had laying arund.
Glue it to the back of the mount. Cut off excess. Cut open holes for screws, and you're done. The glue sets in about a minute, it's fast setting so work with a bit of speed.
Took me maybe 20 minutes to do.
