I have yet to install my WTs. Seeing some mixed reviews of the front mats. How about the boot?
I'm surprised that so much water flows into the interior at all.Rainstorm today. When I opened my door, water poured into the cabin from the roof gutter. I understand the logic behind the mat's l material overhang. Instead of seeping underneath the mat, the water was caught in it.

In my case, it's overflow from the gutter. Door seals are good.I'm surprised that so much water flows into the interior at all.
We also had extreme rain showers this week and my Grenadier was standing outside. Hardly any water collected in the lower edge of the door. Check your rubber seals to see if they have come loose anywhere.
Wow, we had heavy rain here too, but I didn't get that much water in.In my case, it's overflow from the gutter. Door seals are good.
Did it flattened out?Ok - ordered them on Monday, they arrived today. Perfect fit - I also got the cargo mat with the snap-on bumper cover. The utility rails were already cut out. The surface is not exactly sticky, but it will have enough grip to keep stuff from sliding around. Pictures attached - keep in mind this is 30 seconds after installation so it will flatten out over the next day or so. No real odor to speak of.View attachment 7852618
Had the front floor mats in my cart yesterday from WeatherTec, went back to check on a generic cut to size matt for the rear and they now have 1st and 2nd row in the custom fit. Part Number: 441861-1-2VHas anyone found a 3rd party floor mat that fits really well? My boot heels are wearing a hole in the floor. I need to get some mats.
It’s more hard plastic in my opinion. It does grip. What material is the weather tech cargo mat made from? Is it hard plastic or does it have any grip?
It has much more grip than the stock floor but not soft rubberWhat material is the weather tech cargo mat made from? Is it hard plastic or does it have any grip?
Yes the have the cutouts for the utility track.... I wish they didn't so I had complete coverage...The Weather tech photo is just a generic cargo hold picture. I wonder if the Grenadier version accounts for the utility tracks...Hopefully, an early buyer will post some pictures
I don’t know if I want to risk it, or just cut sticky rubber mat fro mm TSC?!It has much more grip than the stock floor but not soft rubber
I purchased the Grenadier rubber floor mats from the Ineos dealer in Pasadena, CA. Quick and easy delivery and they fit perfectly in my Fieldmaster. https://www.rusnakineosgrenadier.com/parts/order-parts/Has anyone found a 3rd party floor mat that fits really well? Encourage them to do some for RHD, I have looked at them but only LHD (wrong), and no carpet option. We haven’t tried to ask them. I did put myself on the list to be notified about the mats when they were available and still crickets. I’m glad others are having more luck!
I’ll get in touch with their sales people and see what we can do. I’m sure we could put 50-100 orders together right away.
Personally I really like it - any more grip and it would be difficult to load stuff, any less and what’s the point - happy middle groundI don’t know if I want to risk it, or just cut sticky rubber mat fro mm TSC?!
The boot mat is absolutely terrible. Extremely thin, light weight, does not lay flat, slides around. In contrast, I love the OEM rubber mats for the footwells. They are at least twice as thick as the weather tech boot mats and similar quality to floor mats in my wife's Range Rover. I really had high hopes for WT, it's a shame because I loved their products until now.I have yet to install my WTs. Seeing some mixed reviews of the front mats. How about the boot?
