Hello folks,

In our history, we have not done detailed build threads. But I feel that this vehicle warrants the effort from the team. We will most likely trim comments to items that are relevant to our build as a source for other users to get detailed information about what we do and why. Less about wheels tires, suspension etc as that is not our area of expertise. We will tell you what we did with other vendors, how and why. But we will probably not answer a lot of questions about those areas of the build.

Thank you and we are very excited to build out our new Grenadier.

Just received word from Goose Gear today that the rear seat delete and rear plate
When I look at Goose Gear products, they are of the highest quality. If I need such equipment, I am prepared to pay the freight costs to Germany, as well as for products from Australia, South Africa and the UK.
I prefer such products to those from Europe or even further east.
Far be it from me to criticise these products, but I let my experiences and feelings guide me.
systems are now shipping. I expect to receive mine by 4/30/24.

They are very well made. Got mine installed yesterday and I'm very glad I chose them.

Hello Goose, I have my rear seat delete kit on order. But, I received my Dissent step sliders today and have no install instructions. Do you have a pdf or a link to them? Thanks.

Had the opportunity to speak with some Goose Gear folks and the Owner Brian at Overland Expo PNW. Really impressed with their product quality and layout. From our conversation I believe there are a few variants of different heights (seats fold flat to rear shelf) that have yet to be listed on their website, looking forward to seeing those.

@GooseGear Question: What was that light weight canopy/awning set up you were running on both of the Grenadiers at the show?

Thank you for the kind words. It is made by Force Protector Gear. Simple, lightweight and easy to use. And it’s much cooler under the shade due to its material layering.

Unfortunately, I do not. The ones they sent to us were prototype versions and have since had minor hardware changes. I believe there are some photos of the underside in our thread that may help out. But it is not by any means instructions.

I forgot to cover the important part. Yes, we will have additional products listed on our site for the Grenadier shortly. A package similar to the 4Runner Stealth Sleep and Storage package with two different versions. One that requires the second row delete and another that allows you to keep the second row installed in the vehicle, but requires the removal of the seat bottom cushions. The issue with the lower seat cushion removal is that the screws that secure the seat bottom cushions are not designed for repeated removal without taking extra time to carefully remove and install the cushions.

Thank you
Hi GooseGear, Any progress on the veneer wood in front of the center cubby and at the ceiling control panel. You teased us with that one photo and I must say it would be something I would be interested in. DaBull

Now that we are completely moved into our new to us building in Colorado, you can expect to see more new products coming to life. The dash panels were put on hold due to the move and are now being brought back into focus. But it will be a bit, seat deletes and other interior goodness that provide more function than beauty are on the immediate docket.

I am used to being patient, as I bought a Grenadier. Put me down for first set when they are available.

I love the coating on the plywood. Is it rubbery? Looks very scratch resistant. I wonder if it is compatible to grenadiers without inverters installed. I think my trims on the wheel arches are different to the ones on your picture.
Thank you. It has a slight rubber feel but is not exactly like rubber. It is the same material that is used for coating truck beds.

If you can send me photos of your interior I would appreciate it.
