Update 05.03.2024
Hello everyone,
we finally picked up our Gren on Friday 01.03.2024.
It was a pleasant handover and briefing that lasted more than two and a half hours. We were thrilled when the Gren was driven out of the showroom.
Straight home, bags in the Gren and off to the Odenwald, where we spent the weekend. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity for dirt roads, but that will be made up for soon.
However, when we started the engine on Saturday, there were lots of bings and bongs . My wife panicked slightly, and I said “This is the christening to become a legal member of the Global Grenadier Community” . It was solved with the familiar MS procedure, power off and power on. Sunday the same procedure (meanwhile reported to the dealer). No black infotainment screen so far!
Driving the Gren is so cool and fun. We enjoyed every kilometer so far. And we did our first mods:
The fuel consumption (Diesel) was 10.3 liters during the trip in the Odenwald region and ended up at 11 liters (all on paved roads, 20% villages, 70% country roads, 10% Autobahn)
We love our Gren and became Global GReNadiers in 2023 (as our license plate shows), even if we didn't receive until 2024.

- The Gren Grin (we were (and will be) both grinning the whole time)
- Some red for the central stowage box (thanks to P )
