I have a diesel Trialmaster and I’m loving it.
My wife and I have both been impressed with the low noise levels in the cabin whilst cruising at 70 mph.
Today we had our roof rack accessory fitted and what a difference!
A loud whistling begins at 50mph and there is significant wind noise @ 70mph that I’m not sure I can live with.
I’ve owned several vehicles in the past with full racks but never experienced such a significant difference when fitted.
Is there a wind deflector available that will help reduce noise levels?
Anyone else having problems?

Have used wind fairings on previous vehicles with this problem and found them to make a significant difference

I had exactly the same experience during an INEOS roadshow at my dealer LeTech. I found the wind noise of the rack offered by INEOS very disturbing. However, the vehicle also had Safari windows.
When I picked up my vehicle, I rode along with a Grenadier from LeTech. The roof rack developed by LeTech was mounted on this vehicle (it can be seen somewhere in the video from the show here in the forum).

I was really impressed how quiet it was inside the vehicle and that at high speed on the country road. And that even though 6 additional headlights were still mounted. I can really recommend this rack.

Have you considered the Rhino Rack wind fairing? Just offering my input.
My expectation is that I will need to fit a wind fairing, hoping that wind noise will be acceptable. But is there a Rhino wind fairing that fits the Ineos supplied Rhino rack? If there is, why on earth was it not supplied with the rack, or at least offered as a paid for accessory?

Does anyone have a link to a suitable wind fairing?

Thanks
The Grenadier Rhino rack sits quite high and the twin sunroof’s I optioned complicate matters so the standard Rhino wind fairing may not be a great fit.
I’ve watched the fitting instruction on YouTube and it seems that the Rhino Rack has to be taken off the vehicle to fit the Wind Breaker.
So if you’re still waiting for your rack to be fitted by your Ineos dealer it will be worth privately ordering the wind breaker and asking your dealer to fit it as part of their install.

I would prefer to install the full Rhino rack myself, but the dealer will likely not do that. So I will be inspecting it and possibly dismounting and re-installing it anyway.

Maybe the true solution is to just install the LED light bar.

Flewks, maybe try this hack? Not sure if it will work with the front edge of a rack like it does with a crossbar, but it may be worth the experiment:

Does the Rhino rack to you seem very overpriced - $2K feels about $500 more than what I could buy from Rhino

Installed by the dealer and an Ineos warranty that’s worth a bit 👍🏼

No. You have to consider shipping and the fact that no one else offers Rhino's foot design. Below is FR and no way I'm buying that...

I’ve got the rack and just tested it to compare, low level wind noise which is not too bad at normal speeds. I pushed the speed up to see what happened - over 80 and I get whistling but not too bad.

I don’t have safari windows. I do have a light bar which may be acting as a windbreak of sorts underneath.

Can you get rubber inserts that would fit the t-slots on the RR? I think that would sort my whistle!

Not if you had the displeasure of using the agent that I had - they fit the rack incorrectly, damaged said rack & also damaged the roof of the vehicle. Now I need a replacement roof rack & a roof respray!!

The rack itself is very well built though …I will at least say that (just awful service from an awful agent).

My advice: don’t assume that Ineos has taken any care whatsoever in the appointment of their agents & do your due diligence yourself before trusting them with your vehicle.

Right. Or do it yourself if you have the opportunity.

Who’s the agent. Private message if you don’t want to tell the world. 👍🏼
