Can anyone confirm seeing hub caps on the factory steel wheels?

I'm curious if anyone has seen this in person during their IG test drives or deliveries. I'm not asking for the whole rim cover but just enough for the hub itself and maybe the around the lugs. Something like the picture below for reference. I'm liking the steel wheel look but I'd enjoy it more if it had a finished aesthetic. Thoughts welcome on alternatives or after market options as well.

None on any PT models I test drove and none on the configurator. That’s why I opted for alloys. No hub caps on steel wheels bugged me.

No hub caps front or back on two different test drive days. And doesn't look like much of a lip on the hub protrusion to even fix an aftermarket cap to. But they're not bad looking hub ends.

look better with capped nuts and hub cover. They've even coloured the RWL to match Melville & Moon sand seat covers!

Anyone know what the three specs are for the wheels so I can get a set of capped nuts.

Curious thing is that PT vehicles show capped nuts in my observation but saleable vehicles are not.
Yes, that does seem to be rather a late change. Cost cutting?

I would have liked to see capped nuts and Belstaff logo for Belstaff editions on hub ends as cover and Ineos logo for all other versions, respectively. IMHO this would improve the looks while keeping the manly character.

With so much going on with mine I forgot to mention the non capped nuts caper!
So according to Ineos it was the old "that's how they come" line, hence my msg above.
Any way, second day I had it, I decided to put the awful looking Ineos locking nuts on, better to be safe than sorry.
So standing at the bench, cup of tea in hand, the deliverer of the tea pointed out that I had missed one out and there it was on the bench?
Rather than start word war three I said that its for the spare and is my next job, honest!
So I removed the locking wheel cover from the spare and guess what greeted me, you got it, three capped nuts!

Another idea for the center of the hub ends: the “/\“ or the “\/“ as on the spare wheel carrier.

I remain to be convinced that things like this, the two wing flags becoming one, 2 year breakdown cover and possibly even the missing rear table are not all down to cost engineering looking for savings on the BoM.
