Probably referring to marketing activation - "Marketing activation is the execution of campaigns, events, and experiences that generate awareness of your brand."

There is a good chance I’m wrong here, but the lady in the picture looks similar to the Global Head of PR for Ineos Automotive, Ms Pelling.

Perhaps they run short on people. Would explain why IA isn’t able to communicate properly with the agents and us.
