Hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Doni, I am a mechanic at a multi-brand workshop in Jakarta (Indonesia), recently my workshop received an INEOS car with different problems, the A/C suddenly got hot, the "Gearbox" indicator Fault” Is On, and Indicator “PDC” Is On, and so on
My workshop has an "AUTEL" Scan Diagnostic, I tried scanning the INEOS with the tools we have, but couldn't read it.
Can you help me to tell me a scanner tool that can read INEOS, and where can I get this tool?
I would be happy if you could help me.

Extremely impressed with Ignitions service. They proactively login to the Ineos portal to see what work has been done (warranty items, recalls, software updates)and what needs to be done without having to ask for it. Very professional & communicative. Really glad I have these guys here in Brisbane to service my Grenadier.
