Trails on July 5th

Anyone want to get out and run some trails on July 5th, this Friday?
I'll be taking off from work and thinking of heading out somewhere (completely undecided as of yet).

Any thoughts on where an when? I am recovering from some surgery but could be interested if it's not too ambitious.

Pretty open as to what trails, but would like something a little technical (my gren is stock height/tires). I was thinking of starting in the am to try and get home at reasonable time. Hope recovery is going well!

I am dropping some friends off at a reservoir tomorrow that they are not sure if a Subaru can make it... It might be good... Ill keep you posted...

So was thinking of something around Cascade Creek area, Devil's Canyon, Argentine Pass, things that are not too difficult but are interesting (I'm assuming based on reading descriptions. I haven't driven any of these trails).
Open to suggestions from anyone (even if you can't make it), but would be cool to have a few IGs out there!

The only trails I have done are super easy but very scenic. Today was lots of small rocks that other vehicles failed at, but I had no trouble.. Took this photo on the way down...

I looked up how to get to those three places. It seems that Devils Canyon is the least amount of I70 which appears to have lots of construction going on.. Do you have any info on the trail itself?

these are a bit more than loose rock trails; they'll require a little bit of "line-planning" but nothing super extreme.
we could also do some trails off rampart range like ice caves and/or balanced rock that are a good in-between. There is just a little bit of mild off-camber stuff with several optional lines.
it would be south of Denver.

I haven't done much off roading at all, I got the Grenadier for photography but am realizing I need to learn how to drive off road even for the roads I am shooting from.

Ok. We can just meet at this Shell Gas station off I-70 in Idaho Springs at 9:00 am on Fri, hopefully beat any heavy traffic......
